Get to Know Me

Holding Space One Client at a Time

It's very daunting, and sometimes challenging to find the right mental health therapist that fits. I hope that this website can give you a sense of who I am and what to expect from me. I always believe that the key to a successful therapy is finding the right fit for your needs.

I try to be the kind of therapist who I would feel comfortable sharing my innermost self with. I care deeply about the people who seek therapy from me.

I value one's autonomy. I expect us to work together, side by side, in creating clear goals and find effective ways to achieve them.  My aim is to make sure  you leave my office feeling heard, experience relief, and one step closer to your goal.

I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and Post-Bacc in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University.

I am a Christian, deeply rooted in my faith. However, I do not impose my values or my beliefs. I believe that this work is not mine but Christ's.

I have worked in hospital settings, inpatient treatment, and private practice that are focused in treating trauma, addiction, mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, and sometimes severe cases of mental illnesses. I am also experienced working with individuals who seek support for dyslexia, diabetes, major life transitions, or adjusting to new environments.

I have been professionally trained in utilizing different evidenced-based therapy approaches like Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
